Week 1, Day 6

Alright ladies! It's the last day of week 1!!! Today's challenge: 25 squat lunges. Now remember, tomorrow is a day of REST, but you still have work to do. I will need you to weigh in and send me a MESSAGE with the following information:

Remember to BE HONEST! No one is going to see this but me. We all have our share of slips and we shouldn't be embarrassed. I'm looking forward to seeing who our big "LOSER" for the week is!!!
